Esthetic Clinic Dubai – Trusted Aesthetic Clinic for Skin, Hair & Laser Treatments

Extremely disappointing experience, i’d give 0 stars if I could I chose this clinic because of the good reviews and because the location wasn’t too far from me. First, note that Medicure Aesthetics has relocated to Ikaria Polyclinic, located inside a shared business tower and the clinic was quite hidden When doing the booking by WhatsApp, the call centre also seemed confused about my booking details, including the date, time, and treatment, but again, I can still understand I had booked an appointment for 12 PM, and I as a customer came on time at 11:52 PM, but both the receptionist and doctor were late. The receptionist arrived at approximately 12:05 PM, while the doctor still had not arrived by the time I left the building at 12:25 PM. Just unacceptable. The most disappointing part was that I had specifically booked laser treatment for the intimate area. As a female client, I confirmed with the call centre before that the treatment would be performed by a female doctor. When I arrived, I was informed that the new location at Ikaria Polyclinic only had a male doctor available The call centre also instructed me to prepare the treatment area the night before, so naturally I expected to have my first treatment during this appointment. Finding out only after arriving that the practitioner was male, sorry, I lost it I ended up leaving without receiving any treatment. I didn’t even want to consult anymore ? Ladies, please avoid this clinic at all cost

Dr. Umair is the best! Did my lips with him once again - no bruising, could go out the next day ❤️ 2 weeks past and looking amazing. Same with Botox, absolute dream!

Not a good experience. They cancel the appointments every time and they have only one day available for the treatment I needed the whole week. I don’t recommend. The employees are nice however

This is the most pathetic and unprofessional clinic in all dubai. The way the reply slangly, the way they made me wait for almost two hour until the doctor arrived (who never did). Worst clinic ever.

Highly recommend sculptra with doctor Umair Hafeez. I regained volume in my face. It improves sagging and wriggles a lot. It looks very natural.

Dr Azima truly cares about her patients and is always available for any questions, promptly explaining the test results and discussing any concerns that you may have as a patient.

Rendez-vous pris trois mois à l’avance, confirmé le matin même puis une heure avant. Une fois dans le taxi, à 10 minutes du lieu, mon rendez-vous est annulé. Je rencontre rarement ce genre de surprise à Dubaï. J ai perdu du temps et de l’argent dans le taxi. Passez votre chemin si vous recherchez du sérieux : il existe d’autres cliniques bien plus réactives, avec un suivi impeccable.
